Tim Montgomery

Central 2028 Head Coach

Coach Tim Montgomery grew up in Franklin, MA and graduated from Franklin High in 2005, earning both Eastern Mass and Hockomock League All-Star recognition at attack. A two time Hockomock league champion, Montgomery returned to Franklin High in 2008 and served as the boy’s junior varsity lacrosse coach until 2013. After obtaining his bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bridgewater State University he enrolled in the Athletic Counseling masters program at Springfield College. While at Springfield College, Montgomery served as the director of operations and game planning scout for the men's lacrosse team from 2014 to 2015. From 2016 to 2018 he served as the head coach of the Westborough high school boy's varsity lacrosse team, and volunteered with the youth program as the 5/6th grade select team head coach. In 2019 Coach Montgomery returned to Franklin high school where he is currently the defensive coordinator/assistant coach of the boy's varsity lacrosse team. Alongside his time as a high school coach, Tim has been coaching the 2028 and 2027 teams for the past two years, and had previously coached the 2018 Piatelli Lacrosse team from 2013 up until they graduated. Outside of lacrosse, Coach Montgomery works as a middle school Social Studies and ELA teacher in the Dover-Sherborn regional school district. 


Central 2028 Assistant Coach

George played lacrosse at Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood.  He then went on to play attack for the Boston University Terriers; where he received his Engineering degree. He continues to play in men’s leagues and still suits up for the yearly BU alumni game. He has coached for Franklin Youth Lacrosse for the past 4 years, and has coached with Piatelli Lacrosse for the past 3 years. George lives in Franklin with his wife and two boys.

Back River- Field 1 parking in front lot.  Field 2 parking in back lots and walk down to field.
