Bo Koloski

Central 2026 Head Coach 

Bo Koloski grew up in Sandwich, MA playing lacrosse. He continued his playing career at Merrimack College, graduating in 1991. He has over 15 years of youth lacrosse coaching experience in Rhode Island and is a Level 2 Certified Coach through US Lacrosse. Bo lives in Lincoln, RI with his wife Kristen and two sons who are playing in the program, Grant (2026) and Mason (2023). Professionally, Bo heads up Business Development and Marketing for BOND, a large institutional construction management firm. 

Ian Kadish

Central 2026 Assistant Coach

Ian is a very experienced person in the lacrosse world. He started four seasons at his High School in Utah, and was a three time captain. He was a US Lacrosse All-American in high school, as well as Utah Player of the Year. He played collegiate lacrosse at Amherst college. At Amhearst, he was on the NESCAC all-academic team for three years out of his four.  He was a team captain in 2017, and was a division 3 pre-season All-American. He has played international lacrosse as well; he was the Israel Premier Lacrosse League MVP in 2016, and started for Israel National team in 2016. He is currently an assistant coach at Amhearst where he handles the faceoff unit. He also founded a youth lacrosse program in Israel.
