Mike is from Upstate, NY and began playing lacrosse in 2001 at Rome Free Academy.
He attended LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY where he studied Management & Leadership. On the lacrosse field his collegiate record was 61-7 including 1 Div II National Championship and 4 straight championship appearances. Mike was a defensive specialist who played both long stick and defensive midfield. His coaching philosophy is predicated on building a high lacrosse IQ and teaching good decision making skills on and off the field. Mike has lived in Boston for 5 years working in the lacrosse industry. He currently works for Warrior and Brine lacrosse servicing teams here in New England and Upstate, New York.
Coach Lanciotti graduated from Purdue University and as co-captain of the lacrosse team led them to several successful seasons. Being a multi-sport athlete originally from the Midwest he picked up lacrosse quickly and has always been a student of the game. The past few years he was a regional rep in Texas for Warrior & Brine lacrosse. Throughout college and his time in Texas he coached many camps, clinics, and teams of all ages & skill levels. Lacrosse positively changed his life on & off the field and continues to provide many opportunities. As a coach it's a true joy to pass on the positive influences and see players develop to their full potential. He currently lives in Boston and continues to work for Warrior & Brine lacrosse.
